Located at 1 Le Thanh Nghi Street in Da Nang, the restaurant belongs to a chain of Vita Mart supermarkets which specialise in selling organic food.
Ms Pham Thi Xuan Ly, the co-founder of the restaurant, said although she and her friends had a plan to open a restaurant which specialises in cooking dishes with organic ingredients bought from the city-based Vita Mart for a long time, but it took them many years to realise their dream.
The restaurant offers a wide range of nutritious dishes such as rice, hot pots, fish, and chickens. Most of the dishes are cooked with fresh and organic ingredients, including peanut oil, river fish, vegetables sourced from Quang Nam Province’s Go Noi area, Tam Viet rice and backyard chickens.
Interestingly, the restaurant’s chefs donot use monosodium glutamate in their cooking because this seasoning can cause harmful effects on human health.
Apart from the above-mentioned dishes, there are nutritious dishes which are specially prepared for people with diabetes, stomach pain, and high blood pressure.
In the 1st, 15th and 30th days of lunar months, the restaurant offers a variety of delicious and healthy vegetarian dishes.
