Ms Ton Nu Thi Minh Tam, the owner of the restaurant, said that since she was a child, she has had a great passion for cooking, especially Hue cuisine. This inspired the Hue-born woman to quit her job as a construction engineer in order to realise her dream in Da Nang where she has lived for 10 years.

As she had to live far from home during her 4-year stay in Da Nang for studying university, so she clearly understood the importance and the value of family meals.

Therefore, she has opened a restaurant in the city which speacialises in Hue-style food, especially tasty and healthy meals for family members.

Visitors to the restaurant will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of delicious Hue-style dishes, including boiled pork with sour shrimp sauce, and braised pork with lemongrass and fermented shrimp paste.

In addition, there are combos at the price of only 129,000 VND for between 2 and 3 people, and 329,000 VND for between 5 and 6 people.
