It said on 27 February that President Trump will begin the second day of the summit with a 45-minute one-on-one meeting with Kim. He will hold a news conference following talks with the DPRK leader at 3:50pm (Ha Noi time) on the day.
On 27 February evening, the US President tweeted that he had “great meetings” and “very good dialogue” with leader Kim.
On 25 February, the Presidential Residence (Blue House) of the Republic of Korea said the two leaders could reach a deal on declaring an end to the Korean War at their second summit in Ha Noi. Its spokesman Kim Eui-kyeom said he thought even just an end-of-war declaration by the DPRK and the US alone would be enough.
