A famtrip delegation of around 100 recently surveyed the new tours which Da Nang has launched this year on the Son Tra Peninsula and tourism beaches.  The purpose was to preview the city’s Beach Tourism Season 2014 which will begin later this month.

The event was co-organised by the Management Board of the Son Tra Peninsula and Da Nang Tourism Beaches, and Quang Nam Province’s Song Hoi tourist company.  The guests were representatives of large travel agencies, along with some tourism service and transport providers in the two localities. 

The thousand-year-old banyan tree on Son Tra Peninsula

During their stay, the guests visited some of the city’s popular tourist attractions on the Son Tra Peninsula, such as the thousand-year-old banyan tree, and the Eastern Sea Park in Son Tra District.  In addition, they experienced some of the new tours, including diving to discover the underwater world of the coral reefs, fishing, parasailing, and riding on jetskis and banana boats.
