On Monday afternoon, the Military Joint Stock Commercial Bank signed an agreement to provide a loan worth 376 billion VND to the Management Board of Power Projects in the central region.

The loan will partly fund the installation of a new 220kV Thuong Kon Tum-Quang Ngai power transmission line which will in total cost 471 billion VND.  The 76.5km-long line will supply electricity to residents in Quang Ngai Province and the northern side of Binh Dinh Province from the Thuong Kon Tum hydropower plant.
