Budget collection aims to surpass the year's target by 5 - 10%
The Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee, Mr Tran Tho, urged local relevant agencies to do their utmost to surpass the city’s total budget collection target by between 5% and 10% by the end of this year.
As of 28 October, the city’s total budget collection had reached over 9.5 trillion VND, fulfilling nearly 88% of the year’s estimates. Of this, the domestic collection hit over 7.3 billion VND, representing 86% of the year’s estimates, whilst around 2.1 trillion VND came from import and export taxes, equivalent to 93% of the year’s estimates. Over the past 10 months, the budget collections from Ngu Hanh Son and Cam Le districts were reported to have exceeded their targets.
Between January and October, the focus was on accelerating residential land allocation for families affected by local development projects. To date, the implementation of the city’s key projects have been on the right track.
