The Da Nang People’s Committee recently approved adjustments to the detailed master plans for the construction of the Da Nang Real Estate and Marina Complex in Son Tra District’s Nai Hien Dong Ward.

Developed by the Da Nang Marina Co Ltd, the total area of the project will be decreased from 175,512m² to 117,311m².  The complex will be bounded by Le Van Duyet street on its western side, and only 2 apartment blocks of between 16 and 33 storeys will be allowed to be built.  The area of a pier to be constructed for tourist boats will be reduced from 63,003m² to 10,000m².

The developer will soon start work with the municipal Construction Planning Institute to complete the boundary demarcation work for the project.
