Vietnam Airlines announces plan to assist passengers on its flights for travel to/from Bangkok (Thailand) from now to 18 September, 2015 after recent bomb attacks in this capital.

Accordingly, the passengers, who bought ticket(s) with confirmed seats on Vietnam Airlines flights to/from Bangkok from 18 August to 18 September, 2015 and want to change the schedule(s), are able to change free-of-charge the date and itinerary of the flights into other flights with the same available booking classes.

The special provision is also applied for Free independent travelers (FIT), group, VNA Holidays program (excluding additional hotel costs and fees if any).
