Vietnam Airlines on August 4 launched a promotion programme for passengers who travel on the new-generation Boeing 787-9 on flights from Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh City to London, the UK.

Accordingly, from August 18 to September 1, 2015, passengers will have the opportunity to purchase round-trip airfare with preferential prices (excluding taxes and fees) ranging between 7,599,000 VND (350 USD) and 38,499,000 VND (about 1,800 USD).

The promotion will apply to flights departing from September 1-22 this year.

The national flag carrier is conducting flights to the UK five times each week, including 3 between Ha Noi and London and 2 between Ho Chi Minh City and London.
