Approval has been given by the Da Nang People's Committee for the 2^nd phase of the Tien Sa Port expansion project.

Covering an area of 85,674m² in Son Tra District’s Tho Quang Ward, the project borders the Son Tra Peninsula and the municipal Customs Department to the north, the current Tien Sa Port and Da Nang Bay to the south, the Bay to the west, and the Peninsula and a street to the east.

The 2 trillion VND project will include a container yard, a bus and coach station, an area planted with trees, and a transport infrastructure system.
