At a meeting on Thursday with the Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman, Mr Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, the municipal Department of Construction reported that there are now 83 urban infrastructure development projects in Ngu Hanh Son district, covering a total area of 2,639ha. 

Thirty-one of them have already been completed, 22 are under construction and 17 have yet to be implemented.  The remaining 13, being developed by local businesses, are still in the planning stage. 

Amongst these latter projects, the Ngu Hanh Son Cultural Park, which is one of the district’s key projects, is appealing for investment.  One thousand five hundred families will need to be moved off the project’s site.

Vice Chairman Tuan urged the Department make suggestions about relocation land for those displaced families in order to ensure that the construction of the Ngu Hanh Son Cultural Park could be implemented on schedule.
