On Wednesday, work started on the Nam Phat Villas and Hotel project on Truong Sa street in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Hai Ward, Da Nang.

Developed by VinaCapital Da Nang and the Nam Phat Villas and Hotel Company, the project covers an area of over 15ha.  It will feature over 80 luxury villas and a high-end international-standard hotel.  There will also be separate spaces for green trees and cuisine, trade, sports and entertainment activities.

From this development, guests can easily reach the high-quality services at the Danang Beach Resort, including the Dunes Golf Course, the Ocean Villas, the Ocean Apartments, the Norman Estates, the Dune Residences and the Point.

The project is expected to come into use between 2018 and 2020.
