The 5-star Anh Duong-Soleil Da Nang hotel-apartment complex will be developed soon in Da Nang in order to meet the increasing demand for more high-end apartments and luxury hotel rooms in the city.

Developed by the PPC An Thinh Danang Company, the complex will cover an area of 21,800m² on Pham Van Dong in Son Tra District.  The 10,000 billion VND project will comprise 3 47-storey luxury apartment blocks with around 1,000 units, and two 58-storey hotel blocks.

To develop its project, the company has entered into cooperation agreements with the Aedas consulting company in the UK, the Artelia project management company in France, the T.Y.Lin International multi-disciplinary engineering services firm in Singapore, and the Coteccons construction unit in Viet Nam.

Work on the project is scheduled to start this month, and is expected to be completed within the next 17 months.
