Within the next 7 to 10 days, a press conference will take place in Da Nang to publicise the 2016 Beach-Leisure & MICE Travel Mart (BMTM Da Nang 2016) which will take place at the Tien Son Sports Arena from 24 - 26 June.

The publicity will focus on sufficient and detailed information about this large-scale international event to raise public awareness on the best preparations for it to facilitate Vietnamese businesses to boost bilateral trading cooperation with their foreign partners.

According to the municipal Department of Tourism, a total of 173 stands have been booked by domestic and foreign businesses. 

108 foreign visitors and reporters will attend from Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Western Europe, Australia, Russia, the USA, and other ASEAN countries.

Most notably, the event’s visitors will be invited to participate in 8 attractive tours to survey the local tourism potential. 

Municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung has also urged local relevant agencies to introduce the participants to boat trips on the Han River, and other tours to enjoy local specialties.
