Two new building projects in Da Nang’s Lien Chieu District have recently been announced, one in Hoa Khanh Bac Ward and the other in Hoa Hiep Bac Ward.

In Hoa Khanh Bac Ward, the project is the 76,048m² Bau Mac residential area.  It borders with a residential area and Nguyen Van Dinh Street on the north-west side, another residential area on the south-west side, a 39m-wide road planned for the south-east side, and the existing north-south railway route on the north-east side.

In Hoa Hiep Bac Ward, a petroleum storage facility is to be built which will border the Hai Van Cement Plant 2 on the southern side, the Lien Chieu beach embankment on the eastern side, the existing traffic route on the western side, and a residential area on the northern side.  The project’s total area is 13,358m².
