Following recent approval by the Da Nang authorities, a piece of land in Son Tra District, Lot A20 which is around 11,487 m² in total area, is being auctioned for leasing over 50 years with a starting price of 36 million VND/m².

Red area: The land lot for auction

The land lot is bordered by Vo Van Kiet, Ngo Quyen and Ly Nam De.  It will be offered for lease by any individuals or organisations, from both home or abroad, who need land for business purposes.

The city’s Land Fund Development Centre is responsible for the auction and for handing over the land use rights to the successful bidder.
