Popular attractions receive around 130,000 visitors over Tet
According to the latest statistics released by the Da Nang Department of Tourism, the popular local attractions received a total of around 130,000 domestic and foreign visitors during the recent 7-day Tet holiday break.

In particular, the Ba Na Hills Resort welcomed around 48,000 tourists from both home and abroad, up around 20% against the same period last year. Of this figure, the majority of domestic visitors came from Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, whilst foreigners were from such countries as South Korea, China and Japan.
Meanwhile, Asia Park received a total of over 9,000 visitors during Tet thanks to the various attractive entertainment activities at the venue. These included the Spring Fair, the opening of the 700-seat Indo Express Restaurant, and the debut of the thrilling Queen Cobra game - the largest hang glider large format in Viet Nam.
A total of over 31,000 visitors arrived at the Marble Mountain Tourist Area during the festival, up 9% against the same period last year. Around 12,000 of them were foreigners.
The Deputy Head of the area’s Management Board, Mr Le Ngoc Nhat, said that free entrance tickets to the site were offered to over 1,000 elderly, children, and Buddhist followers who visited the pagodas on the Marble Mountain over Tet.
Meanwhile, around 10,000 domestic and foreign visitors arrived at the Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park to enjoy its bathing services and exciting games.
Other local attractions, including the Museum of Cham Sculpture, the Museum of Da Nang, the Son Tra Peninsula, and the Hoa Phu Thanh entertainment area, also received large numbers of domestic and foreign visitors over the festival period.
