Success thanks to uniqueness

AeonEshop’s initial success stems from our products’ variety and quality. With a focus on selling high-quality Japanese goods to meet customers’ demand, we have quickly established a foothold and become customers’ favourite shopping destination even as many other online sales websites have had to close shop after a brief period of operation.

AeonEshop’s operations have been quite successful.  Our products are always up-to-date and diverse to meet Vietnamese consumers’ needs and high standards.

Recently we took a big step by expanding our reach to the north (Ha Noi, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, and Hai Phong) to satisfy customers who enjoy using Japanese goods.

Ha Noi is usually considered a difficult market due to its geographic conditions, people’s traditional consumption habits and shopping culture. However, for those who are fond of Japanese goods, this is good news and marks a new beginning in AeonEshop’s attempt to access northern provinces, which have a lot of potential for development.

Always strives to perfect services

At AeonEshop, we always strive to perfect our services to give customers the most convenient shopping methods and the best shopping experience.

Delivery can be expected in as little as 24 hours from order placement, and is done even during weekends and national holidays. Goods are delivered free for orders worth 300,000 VND or more in HCM City and northern provinces, which is really convenient and satisfactory for customers who are short on time.

AeonEshop is planning to create an English version of its website. It will be one of the very first e-commerce websites in Viet Nam with product description available in English to satisfy the shopping demand of foreigners living, studying and working in Viet Nam.

Additionally, understanding people’s habit of searching for information on multimedia devices such as tablets and smart phones, Aeon plans to create an AeonEshop app for customers to enjoy shopping anywhere and at anytime.
