The Vinpearl Luxury Da Nang Resort has been honoured with the ‘Viet Nam’s Leading Beach Resort’ award at the World Travel Awards (WTA) Asia and Australasia Gala Ceremony 2017 which was held in Shanghai, China on 4 June.

The 5-star resort, which opened in 2011, has 200 well-appointed and spacious guest rooms which feature an eclectic mix of contemporary and classic designs inspired by Indochinese architectural features from the early 20^th century.  In addition, there are 39 luxury villas showcasing a combination of Cham-style and classical French-style architecture.  They all have private balconies overlooking the sea, or an infinity pool, which bring guests moments of comfort and relaxation.

Hailed as ‘the Oscars of the travel industry’, the WTAs are the most prestigious and well-known awards in the tourism industry.  The Awards measure the excellence of the service provided by setting customer satisfaction as the top criterion.  Their aim is to further encourage the competitiveness and quality of the global tourism and hospitality industry.
