According to a recent report released by real estate consultancy firm CBRE Viet Nam, Da Nang’s tourism real estate market has become increasingly attractive to investors from both home and abroad over the past 2 years.

Between January and June, the city saw an increase of 520 hotel rooms, mainly condotel rooms.  This brought the total number of hotel rooms in the city to 6,715.

CBRE Viet Nam also announced that a total of around 1,350 new seaside hotel rooms are expected to come into use in the last 2 months of this year.  In the next two years, the total number of codotel rooms in the city is likely to hit 9,000.
