The Da Nang authorities have recently given the go-ahead for the Saphia Complex luxury urban area to be built in the city.

Situated in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Khue My Ward, the over 62,539 m² project borders Nguyen Duc Thuan to the north, Minh Mang to the south, Vo Nguyen Giap to the east, and Nguyen Khac Vien to the west.

Developed by the central regional branch of the Linkhouse Corporation, the project will feature 18 blocks of between 23 and 26-storey condotels, an up to 12-storey hotel, a public park, a high-quality kindergarten, and a commercial area, all with a synchronous technical infrastructure system.
