Representatives from a total of 100 businesses and government agencies in Da Nang recently attended a workshop which was organised by Viet Nam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT).

The event aimed to promote the wider adoption of e-invoicing and introduce BRAVO overall management solution.

According to the municipal Department of Taxation, the use of e-invoice helps to accelerate the application of information technology (IT) in public administration activities in line with the national Resolution 36a/NQ-CP on building e- government.

E-invoicing enables a company to automate their invoice processing. As a result, buyers, suppliers and other managers gain a number of operational and strategic benefits.  In addition to cost savings, the ability to automate the invoicing process and integrate with other business systems provides business efficiency, and revenue generating opportunities.

BRAVO is an overall management solution, and it supports the leaders in resources planning (human – human resources – physical resources).  In addition, it supports all divisions of enterprises operation professional work, and share information efficiently through work process is standardised when handover the software.

In April, VNPT began issuing e-invoices integrated with BRAVO.  To date, the State-run Vietnamese telecom giant has provided electronic contracting services to a total of about 100 government agencies and businesses operating in the city.
