The Holland America Line's MS Volendam, carrying a total of over 650 European passengers, berthed at Da Nang’s Tien Sa Port on Tuesday morning.

During their stay in the seaside city, the passengers were taken on organised tours to some of the city’s popular attractions, and they also shopped at such places as the Han Market and BigC Mall.  In addition, these visitors took tours to the neighbouring localities of Quang Nam Province’s Hoi An and Hue City. 

The ship then left the city for other destinations in the afternoon of the same day.

Operated by the Destination Asia Vietnam tourism company, the MS Volendam has frequently docked at the port in recent years.
