Cam Le Industrial Cluster to be created
Following recent approval by the Da Nang authorities, 250 billion VND from the city budget will be spent on developing the Cam Le Industrial Cluster in the namesake district’s Hoa Tho Tay Ward.
The 29ha project is expected to be deployed during the 2018 - 2022 period.
The soon-to-be-developed project will be home to businesses and production establishments which are forced to move out of residential areas due to their serious environmental pollution problems, and those being now in desperate need of space for increasing their production capacity.
Once operational, the industrial cluster will focus on attracting projects specialising in manufacturing metal products, electronic components and household electrical appliances; mechanical processing without plating, zinc coating or casting; producing auto spare parts and accessories; maintaining and repairing motor vehicles; and making beds, cabinets, tables, chairs and toys, plus and plastic, wooden, bamboo and straw products.
In addition, projects involving printing and printing-related services, supporting industrial products, and green industries will be welcomed at the soon-to-be-developed industrial cluster.
