These are important projects which are expected to appeal for even more Japanese investors to the city in the coming time.

Through the deployment of their projects in Da Nang in their own ways and visions, Japanese businesses have showed their optimism about the city’s real estate market despites its fluctuations amid the current context of land shrinking due to urbanisation

Work is slated to start on the Xuan Thieu project on 28 March. It will cover an area of 62,366m2, and it features 2 separate subdivisions. This project’s construction density is only 25%, and the maximum number of storey is 19.

Developed by the Sun Frontier Investment Co., Ltd, the over 56.3 million US$ riverside tower project will cover an area of 3,125m2 in Hai Chau District’s Binh Thuan Ward.

In details, it borders the extended Le Quy Don Street to the north, residential areas, hotels and apartment buildings to the south, a 20.5m-wide road to the west, and the extended Bach Dang route to the east.

Of the total 3,125m2, 1,842m2 will be earmarked for the construction of the 29-storey-plus-2-basement tower, whilst the rest will be used for internal roads, green-covered areas and other related facilities.

Currently, the Hiyori Garden apartment project on Vo Van Kiet Street, Son Tra District, invested by the Sun Frontier Investment Co., Ltd, is nearing completion. The 18-storey building features over 600 bedrooms with utility services meeting the Japanese standards. In particular, the most amazing when coming is the absence of television and other electronic devices in room, so guests could spend all time for enjoy vacation here.
