Pursuing an ambition of building Da Nang-born coffee brand name, the city-based Vietart Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. has launched The Cups Coffee in a bid to bring customers surprising new coffee drinking experiences.

Actively involved in building the The Cups Coffee brand since the early days, Mr Trang Le Ha Nam, the Marketing Manager of the Vietart Food & Beverage Co., Ltd. said, it is easy to only open a coffee shop with a certain name; but, building a popular brand is really a challenging task.
In preparation for the opening of The Cups Coffee, the company staff spent much time surveying and evaluating the actual needs in the local market.
In fact, Da Nang has seen a boom in the number of street-side coffee shops, but none of them possess brands bearing local imprints. The beverage services industry boast great development potential amid the upward trend in the number of tourists coming to Da Nang from both home and abroad. It is noticeable that many world renowned food and beverage brands have been penetrating into the local market and highly praised by locals and tourists here. Therefore, there are some difficulties and opportunities for the Vietart Food & Beverage Co., Ltd to introduce a totally new brand to consumers.
In Nam’s remarks, in order to create a new brand, and further introduce it to many customers, it is essential to focus on conquering the value triangle: price, quality, and service.
In an attempt to attract even more customers, the product must be located in easily visible places for easy accessibility by them.

Inspired from the modernism design, The Cups Coffee has a modernistic and delicate feel. Its cafes utilise natural light to the fullest, with open and refreshing space throughout the seasons. Interior furniture is hand-picked by experts, creating a comfy and soothing atmosphere.
However, the key priority is still given to product quality. The Cups Coffee brings the most authentic coffee tasting experience in Da Nang.
“The brand is particularly careful and thorough with its standard procedure, from the very first step of hand-picking coffee beans, roasting them over the precise amount of time, temperature and then stored at their original whole form in order to retain the best flavours”, remarked Nam.
As your order is taken, coffee beans are grinded by espresso coffee maker, and made into these fresh additive-free coffee drinks which are aromatic but not too strong, taste smooth and not bitter. In particular, most notable amongst trendy treats adored by the youth available at the stores are ice blended, iced tea, iced fruit tea, smoothies with special recipes.
After more than 3 months of operation, The Cups Coffee has opened 4 facilities at most busy locations which are close to entertainment venues and tourist attractions. Besides, in the near future, another one is expected to open in Hoi An, the neighbouring province of Quang Nam, and then expand into nearby locations.
