A series of key projects and all details of the ‘Cocobay Hello Summer’ programme were announced by the Empire Group at its press conference organised at the Da Nang Cocobay Entertainment and Tourism Complex in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Hai Ward on Saturday.

In particular, the 5-star Hotel The Designers Cocobay offering a total of 686 apartments, with between 1 and 3 bedroom each, has been recently put into operation. This is a high-end accommodation segment to diversify the types of accommodation services in the city in order to meet the increasing demands of both domestic and foreign visitors.

On the same day, work started on the Naman Homes luxury housing project nestled at the Da Nang Cocobay Entertainment and Tourism Complex.

According to the newly-approved plan, Cocobay will offer 55 shophouses and shopvillas, 57 detached villas, 120 Semi-detached villas, 218 adjacent houses, 2,270 apartments, and 1,370 hotel apartments in the coming time.

Also, the Emprie Group revealed the 2019 ‘Coco Hello Summer’ programme which will feature many exciting activities to be held at the Cocobay pedestrian street and the beach. Included are the Acqua League, the first and largest water festival in Viet Nam, the Miss World Viet Nam 2019, the AFF food culture festival, and more.
