On Saturday, the DITP TOWER was officially inaugurated in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang.

The DITP TOWER located at the intersection of Nguyen Tat Thanh and Nguyen Luong Bang streets in Lien Chieu District

Developed by the Trung Nam Land Joint Stock Company, the building aims to meet the rising demand for working space at the High-tech and dedicated Information Technology parks in the city.

The DITP TOWER offers office spaces for rent, and serves the research and production of software products at the Hi-tech Park and other industrial parks nearby in line with the city’s urban development strategies by 2030, with a vision towards 2050.

The 18-storey building was built on an area of 18,857m² in total. Of this, 10,850m² will be earmarked for lease. The office spaces cover an area of 550m² each.

The around 300 billion VND building features banks, shopping centres, supermarkets, entertainment areas, and A-standard offices.

Also at the inauguration ceremony, representatives from the Trungnam Land and the VV Mall entered into a cooperative agreement on the management and operation of commercial centers at the DITP TOWER.
