Discounted train tickets offered by the Sai Gon Railway Transport JSC are available for groups of tour bookers from travel agencies nationwide which are joining in the Da Nang tourism stimulus programme themed 'Da Nang Thank You 2020' . A move is part of Da Nang's efforts to increase visitor numbers, especially stimulate travel by train. If you want to journey to Da Nang by train in future then booking your trip in advance could save you a lot of money.

In regard to the requirements for the discounts, the minimum and maximum number of people in a group traveling on a certain train is 10 and 100 people respectively. In order to enjoy the discounted tickets, passengers are required to buy train tickets at least 5 days ahead of their travel date.

Specifically, from 16 to 30 June and from 17 August to 30 December, passengers have the price reduced 30% and 20% for seat and bed tickets respectively.  This promotional offer is only valid on journeys trips of more than 751 km on pairs of the trains SE3 / 4 trains running on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and pairs of SE7/8, SE9/10 and SE21/22 operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Also, passengers on pairs of SE3 / 4, SE7/8, SE9/10, SE21/22 with their trips ranging from 500 km to 750 km, and other pairs of SPT1/2/3/4 will enjoy discounts at 25% and 15% for seat and bed tickets respectively during the period.

More interestingly, passengers will see the discounts at 5% when they buy tickets from 20 to 29 days before departure, and 10% for the purchase made 30 days or more in advance of the train ride.

Passengers can buy tickets at the city railway station, ticket offices and other official outlets nationwide.
