Deputy Secretary Quang said the Da Nang government has issued a number of measures to help the city's businesses resume operations and through the coronavirus crisis.

Mr Quang also noted that the construction of the 1st stage of the Hoa Lien Water Supply Plant and the 2nd stage of the Hoa Trung Water Supply Plant, both in Hoa Vang District, are scheduled to be completed by 2021. Once fully operational, the two plants will ensure a secure supply of water for the future for the whole city.

Located in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park in Lien Chieu District, Heineken Vietnam Brewery Da Nang Limited Company covers an area of 7.7ha and costs 223 million USD.

The Dutch brewer has launched a new version of its Heineken lager and is expanding its reach into suburban and rural areas with its mid-tier Tiger brand and lower-priced Larue and Bivina beers.

Heineken Vietnam Brewery in Da Nang has made the largest contribution to city's budget for many consecutive years. In particular, it contributed over 2,500 billion VND (around 108 million USD) every year to the city’s budget in 2018 and 2019.
