All transport services by land, water and air linking Da Nang with other destinations across Viet Nam have resumed operations from 0am on 7 September following recent approval by Vietnamese Ministry of Transport.

Previously, the Da Nang government had applied for permission from Ministry of Transport to meet the general public’s travel demand and help restore the operation of domestic transport services amid the fact that the outbreak has been effectively brought under control in Da Nang. However, the Health Ministry-recommended drastic measures will be imposed on all transport services.

Passenger transport vehicles are limited to carry not more than half of available seats on vehicles. Passengers must keep a safe distance from others, wear face coverings and use sanitizer gels.
