The Lunar New Year (Tet) bonuses for employees working for Da Nang-based companies will range from 100,000 VND to 127 million VND, according to a latest survey conducted by Da Nang Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The highest Tet bonus of 127 million VND/ person will be recorded at FDI firms and the lowest will be 350,000 VND/person.

The maximum Tet bonuses to be paid by private businesses will be 75 million VND/person, whilst the minimum will be 100,000 VND/person.

As for joint-stock firms with State-owned shares, the highest and the lowest of Tet reward will be set at 63.5 million VND/person and 1 million VND/person, respectively.

Meanwhile, the bonus is a bit lower at wholly State-owned enterprises, hovering at from 500,000 VND to 42 million VND.

Put simply, the average Tet bonus rates of FDI, private, joint-stock and wholly State-owned businesses will be recorded at 4.4 million VND, 6.1 million VND, 10.7 million VND and 7.9 million VND, respectively.

With regard for upcoming New Year, the bonuses will be offered at 300,000 VND - 27 million VND at wholly State-owned businesses, 300,000 VND - 26 million VND at joint-stock ones with State-owned shares, 100,000 VND - 30 million VND at private ones, and 200,000 VND - 83 million VND at FDI ones.
