7.38 ha of land in Ngu Hanh Son District’s Hoa Hai Ward has been earmarked for the FPT City Da Nang JSC for lease to implement the Da Nang FPT Technological Urban Area (FPT City Da Nang) project. The use of land will be valid until 13 July 2060.

The project’s developer has been asked to make full one-off payment of rental for the entire lease term for 0.17ha which will be earmarked for building healthcare facilities. Meanwhile, 1.58 ha out of the 7.38 ha which will be used for constructing apartment buildings will be collected land use fees by local authorities.

The city will not collect land use levy on 5.6ha which will be planned to develop traffic and technical infrastructure, a cultural house and a public primary school.
