The Da Nang Department of Construction has been authorised by the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction to appraise the design of Truong Nguyet tourist apartment project in Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District.

As designed, the 23- storey-plus- 2-basement project covers an area of 2,400m², with the building height of about 89m, the construction area of 1,484m², the total gross floor area of 33,079m² and the construction density of 61.8%.

The project investment plan has been approved by the municipal Department of Construction for the investment plan through an official dispatch dated  27 November, 2020.

The municipal Department of Construction must ensure its sufficient professional staff for the accurate appraisal task and submit the results to a specialised agency under the Ministry of Construction for consideration.

Meanwhile, the project’s developer, the city-based Truong Nguyet Real Estate Co., Ltd is required to work closely with the municipal Department of Construction to implement compulsory necessary procedures so that the project can commence its construction as soon as possible.
