On Thursday, the Da Nang Songhan Incubator (SHi) signed a deal with the city-based MIND Technology Co., Ltd., (IOT MIND) to promote the commercialisation of IoT (Internet of Things) products and services in the city.

Under the agreement, IOT MIND will develop IoT products for startups which have joined in startup incubation programmes at SHi.

The Internet of Things, or IoT in short, is a trending technological field that converts any electronic device into a smarter one. By using IoT applications, startup businesses will increase their productivity and improve efficiency in their operations.

Also on the occasion, SHi made the debut of the Root Innovation Capital in Da Nang.

The Root Innovation Capital offers concessional loans to small and medium-sized enterprises and startups. It also plays a vital role in helping these businesses ensure their sustainable growth in tandem with guaranteeing environmental protection.
