The Da Nang government has already given the green light for the development of a park at the end of Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal street, a coastal erosion-resistant embankment system in the soon-to-be- developed large-scale Nam O eco-tourism project, and the Nam O Reef project in Lien Chieu District. All off them are expected to be developed by the Vietnamese Trung Thuy Group (TTG).

Work on the park and Nam O Reef projects is slated to commence on 1 March, and they are scheduled to be put into use on 1 June.

Meanwhile, the coastal erosion-resistant embankment system is scheduled to commence its construction in July and reach its completion six months later.

The Department of Construction and the Lien Chieu District authorities will create the most favourable conditions for the TTG to complete administrative procedures to start the two projects and put them into operation on schedule.

As for the development of a residential area western of the Nam O eco-tourism project, relevant agencies will submit necessary procedures to Da Nang government for approval, hereby paving the way for the start of this project in September.
