As stipulated, those who purchased or booked train tickets for journeys with the departure from 2 to 28 February are totally eligible for this ticket change and refund policy.

Passengers can reserve their purchased tickets for 365 days since the original departure date. Those who want to change train travel schedule will be entitled to free change fees, and only pay fare difference (if any).

Meanwhile, if passengers do not use these tickets in 2021, a full refund will be issued from 1 January, 2022.

In another case, if passengers decide to make ticket cancellations, they will obtain a refund after 90 days since refund request submit date, with the refund charge accounting for 30% of the fare displayed on the ticket.

The railway industry also notes that passengers must make any ticket change or ask for a refund at least 24 hours before departure.

The aforementioned supportive move is only applicable once for one ticket.
