17 Da Nang commercial housing projects permitted for foreign ownership
The Da Nang Department of Construction has recently announced a list of commercial housing projects that are eligible for foreign ownership in the city.

The eligible projects are the 1.95ha Blooming Tower Da Nang on Nhu Nguyet Street, Hai Chau District developed by the Korea Investment and Development Co., Ltd, the 0.89ha Golden Square commercial service, hotel and condominium complex on Nguyen Thai Hoc Street by the Dong A Real Estate JSC, the 0.38 ha Quang Nguyen commercial apartment building at 244 Nguyen Huu Tho by the Quang Nguyen Consultancy Construction Investment JSC, the 26.73 ha P.A Tower hotel and condominium complex on Nhu Nguyet Street by the PAVNC JSC, a 1.2 ha apartment project at 38 Nguyen Chi Thanh (Lapaz Tower) by the Da Nang Housing Development Investment JSC, 0.2 ha apartment project at 6 Nguyen Du (Da Nang Plaza) by the Da Nang Housing Development Investment JSC, the 17.55ha Hoang Anh Gia Lai Lakeview Residences at 72 Ham Nghi by the Hoang Anh Gia Lai JSC, the 4.22ha Thuy Tu Urban Area in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District by the FBS (Financial & Business Solutions) JSC, the Monarchy resort complex on Tran Hung Dao Street by the Da Nang Housing Development and Investment JSC, the 181.47 ha Harmony Tower apartment project on Morrison Street by the Mien Trung (Central Viet Nam) Real Estate JSC, 30.07 ha The Summit on Ngo Quyen Street by the Meridian Land 1 Co., Ltd, the 3.76ha An Vien residential area on Ngo Quyen Street by the Saigon - Da Nang Investment JSC, the Hoa Binh Green Da Nang complex on Le Van Duyet Street by the Hoa Binh Co., Ltd, the Hiyori Garden Tower on Vo Van Kiet Street by the Sun Frontier Da Nang Co., Ltd, the Azura apartment project at 399 Tran Hung Dao by the Vinacapital Trade Center Co., Ltd, Da Nang Marina project on Le Van Duyet Street and the FPT City Da Nang urban area project in Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District by the FPT City Da Nang JSC.
In addition, there are three commercial housing projects that are ineligible for foreign ownership, namely the 1.95ha F-Home apartment building at 16 Ly Thuong Kiet by the Da Nang Food JSC, the Da Nang Diamond Tower, a complex of Marriott hotel and apartment, and houses for sale, at 58 Bach Dangby the 1.37ha Foodinco Real Estate JSC, and the 0.55 ha Indochina Riverside Tower at 74 Bach Dang by the Indochina Riverside Tower River Garden Viet Nam Co., Ltd.
