Following approval by the Da Nang People's Committee on Tuesday, 16 land plots across the city will be will be put up for auction in the first phase of 2021.

In detail, 7 projects will be auctioned off, namely a tourist area associated with housing development in the planning area of the Da Nang Software Park No. 2, with an area of nearly 2.5 ha) in Thuan Phuoc Ward, Hai Chau District; the 1ha land plot A2.2 belonging to the An Hoa 4 residential area in Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District; the 0.4ha A1.1 land parcel on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District; nearly 0.2 ha land plot A9 on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Dong Ward, Son Tra District; the more than 0.2 ha A2.1 land site in Tho Quang Seafood Service Industry Zone, Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District.

In Cam Le District alone, the auction of land use right transfer will be conducted for the A1-12 land plot in zone C South Cam Le bridge (more than 0.4 ha), Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district and the nearly 17.3 ha Creative Space project in Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District in zone E2 south of the extended Cam Le Bridge.

Other land plots being subject to the auction are the nearly 1.1 ha site marked A2-8 in the expanded E2 zone in a residential area to the south of the Cam Le Bridge in  Hoa Xuan Ward, Cam Le District;the more than 1.8 ha A2-15 site belonging to the expanded E2 zone; the 0.6 ha 522B site on Nguyen Luong Bang in Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District; the nearly 2.1 ha A3-2 site as part of the international-level Truong Lien project belonging to a residential area south of the Cam Le Bridge in Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District; a 233 m² mini supermarket project in Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District; a nearly 0.2 ha area for selling souvenir products for tourists, Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District; the more than 0.3 ha C2.4 and nearly 0.4 ha C2.7 sites belong to a streak of land fund along a section of the National Highway 1A in Hoa Chau Commune, Hoa Vang District; the nearly 0.3 ha C2.9B site belonging to a land fund along a part of the National Highway 1A in Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District.
