The Cam Le wet market located in Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang, has temporarily closed after a stallholder tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday (July 26).

Temporary closure order was applied to this venue at midday today (July 27) until further notice, the authority of the Cam Le wet market announced on Tuesday morning.

The Cam Le wet market has been closed to allow time for all contacts of positive cases to be tracked down and tested, and to have the deep cleaning for the prevention of COVID-19. Besides, all stall holders will be tested for the virus before this venue reopens. It is a proactive step to ensure the safety of all stallholders and patrons at this market in light of the Delta variant.
