3 startups eligible for joining DNES-launched incubation programme
DNES, a Da Nang - based incubator focusing on helping seed-stage startups take off the ground, has announced 3 elite startups selected from the total 42 across Viet Nam for the DNES Founder Incubation (FinC) - Batch XI, namely Skilledin.ai, Ecomdy and 3Rings.
Skilledin.ai is a platform to attract, train, develop potential AI (artificial intelligence) human resources and connect them with the suitable employers in the market. Meanwhile, Ecomdy is an e-commerce platform for cross-border sellers to develop and promote the use of AI marketing. 3Rings is a fashion supply chain that applies modern technology in helping users choose a "appropriate - fast - convenient" fashio style.
The FinC incubation programme is one of the DNES core products, lasting 3 - 6 months. The time-efficient, cost-saving programme aims to help startups perfect a viable business model, thereby increasing their growth opportunities and access to investment capital.
The programme is totally suitable for all early stage startups active in all aspects, particularly giving the priority to those involved in information technology, biotechnology, automation, hi-tech education, hi-tech agriculture and other related industries.
During the FinC course with no fee or equity for joining, the participants have a chance to verify market assumptions and business models through intensive workshops and weekly 1-1 mentoring meetings.
After 5 years of operation, FinC has incubated over 70 projects, 17.5% of which have continue to grow after the second year of their operations. The total investment capital of startups in the FinC network has reached over US$5 million. FinC is currently developing the Alumni community with more than 150 founders and partners participating in networking, resource exchanges and cooperation for mutual development.
