Following an official dispatch released by the Da Nang People’s Committee, the municipal Department of Transport has invited investors to join the development of a smart parking garage at 10 Ly Thuong Kiet, Thach Thang Ward, Hai Chau District via auctions.

Till date, four private businesses have shown their interest in this project.

The soon-to-be-developed parking garage covers an area of 382m² with a service radius of 300m, accommodating a maximum of 150 cars.

The construction drawing of this project has been submitted to the relevant authorities for approval.
