The Da Nang government is on track to select eligible contractors for making the planning of the ‘Innovation subdivision’, ‘Hi-tech Subdivision’ and ‘Urban Hillside Subdivision’ projects which are among 12 sub-divisions mentioned in the Prime Minister-approved adjustments to the strategic master plan for major developments in Da Nang to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

Specifically, the municipal People's Committee has recently approved the contractor selection plans for making the planning of the ‘Hi-tech Subdivision’ and ‘Urban Hillside Subdivision’ projects.

The Management Board of Infrastructure Development Projects at Industrial Parks and High-Tech Park will be in charge of conducting online biddings to select eligible contractors for the projects.

The ‘Hi-tech Subdivision’ project (excluding the area earmarked for the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park project) is estimated to cost VND9.3 billion, whilst the total cost of the ‘Urban Hillside Subdivision’ project is expected to be VND7.7 billion.

According to Decision No. 705/QD-UBND dated March 15, 2022, the Da Nang authorities approved the contractor selection plan for making the planning of the ‘Innovation subdivision’ project (excluding the ​​Hoa Xuan Sports Complex). The Management Board of Da Nang Infrastructure Construction and Urban Development Projects will be responsible for deploying the project.
