The Da Nang Department of Construction has asked authorities at local level, housing management and exploitation centres, and investors of social housing projects to strengthen the inspection and supervision of the management and use of social housing in the city to promptly detect and strictly handle violations. Included are the illegal transfer of apartments, sub-lease and improper use, along with arbitrarily changing the structure of the apartment.

Once violations are found, the city's housing management and exploitation centre shall promptly report them to competent agencies and units for timely handling.

When examining and approving social housing rental and purchase documents, the social housing project investor must strictly comply with the provisions of law; publicise the selling and rental prices on the basis of not exceeding the rates appraised by the municipal Department of Construction.
