The Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment will deploy the collection of constructive comments and opinions from organisations and individuals in the community on the draft content of the Da Nang Master Plan for the 2021 – 2030 period, with a vision towards 2050.

This opinion collection is based on the Law on Planning No. 21/2017/QH14 dated November 24, 2017 and Decree No. 37/2019/ND-CP dated May 7, 2019 adopted by the national government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Planning No. 21/2017.

Accordingly, the municipal Department of Planning and Investment issued Official Letter No. 2202/UBND-SKHDT dated April 23, 2022 on publishing the above-mentioned draft Da Nang Master Plan on newspapers and information websites.

Under the regulations, organisations and individuals will be provided with the draft of the 6^th Preliminary General Report on the Da Nang Master Plan for the 2021 – 2030 period, with a vision towards 2050. and survey sheets respectively.

The collection of constructive comments and opinions on the draft will be performed regularly and continuously within 30 days.
