For the time being, agricultural cooperatives that are either operating poorly or have stopped working but still have not been dissolved due to problems relating to asset disposal, tax obligations, debts and human resources.
The municipal administration has assigned the municipal Tax Department and its units to guide cooperatives undergoing dissolution procedures in tax confirmation, tax debt settlement and the inspection of the implementation of tax obligations according to regulations.
The municipal Cooperative Alliance shall coordinate with the district-level People's Committees to urge cooperatives to complete the dissolution procedures by the end of the second quarter of 2022
The Lien Chieu District authorities must support 4 cooperatives to find new directions to maintain operations, namely Suoi Luong, Hai Van, Trung Ba and Dong Khoa.
For cooperatives that are inactive but do not carry out dissolution procedures, relevant local agencies must strengthen inspections and mobilise them to prepare dissolution documents as soon as possible.
