As per the request of the Da Nang Department of Transport, businesses that pilots the operation of 4-wheel electric vehicles serving tourists along some local streets to ensure good service quality, the publicity of ticket prices, the operating times, the maximum speed and the designed number of passengers.

In particular, 4-wheel electric vehicles carrying tourists for sightseeing trips shall travel along Le Duc Tho - Hoang Sa (from the Vo Nguyen Giap intersection to Le Duc Tho intersection) - Vo Nguyen Giap - Truong Sa - Pham Van Dang - Vo Van Kiet - Tran Hung Dao - Ho Nghinh - Duong Dinh Nghe - Nguyen Van Thoai - Tran Thi Ly - September 2 (from the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculpture to the September 2-Xo Viet Nghe Tinh intersection).

However, the vehicles travelling along Nguyen Van Thoai, Tran Hung Dao, Vo Van Kiet, Tran Thi Ly Bridge and September 2 (from the Da Nang Museum of Cham Sculptures to the September 2 - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh intersection) daily operate from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m (midnight).

Drivers must strictly abide by the Road Traffic Law. They and their passengers must fasten their seat belts when onboard.

There must be personnel being in charge of ensuring traffic safety, regularly monitoring the vehicles’ operations through in-cabin trip monitoring device to promptly correct any violations.

Inspectors from the Da Nang Department of Transport shall strengthen surprise inspections and supervisions of the above-mentioned vehicles in order to ensure traffic order and safety, and avoid congestion as well.
