Under the list of 36 projects calling for investment in Da Nang in the 2022-2026 period, 9 of which are involved in the fields of transport, infrastructure and logistics,

As part of the Lien Chieu Port project, in the 2022 - 2025 period, work will commence on the construction of a container terminal and a general cargo terminal, covering a total of 45ha and a total length of 750m, capable  of receiving cargo ships of up to 100,000DWT and larger, container ships with loading capacities of 6,000-8,000 TEUs, oil tankers of up to 30,000DWT.

The Lien Chieu Port Logistics Centre project, in the 2025 - 2030 investment phase, will be developed with a goal of forming a regional, grade 1 port logistics centre and it is expected to cover 35ha by 2030.

The Da Nang International Airport Logistics Centre project will cover 4ha by 2030. Investors can propose investment phasing from 2025 - 2030, suitable for each development stage.

The Kim Lien Cargo Terminal Logistics Centre project at the new Kim Lien railway station with new planning will be developed on an area of 4ha by 2030. 

The Da Nang Hi-tech Park Logistics Centre project, in the 2022-2025 investment phase, will be developed as an auxiliary aviation and railway logistics centre, with a scale of 3ha by 2030.

The Hoa Phuoc Logistics Centre project in Hoa Phuoc Commune, Hoa Vang District will become a general warehouse and transshipment site of all kinds of goods so as to tap the advantages of seaports with an expected area of about 20 - 25ha of agricultural land and rural residential land. The project is expected to be developed in the 2023 - 2030 period.

The Hoa Phuoc Wholesale Development Auxiliary Area project in the namesake commune will cover an area of 50 - 55ha of agricultural land and rural residential land in the 2026 - 2030 period.

The Automatic Distribution and Warehousing Centre in Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District will offer logistics, e-commerce, and digital transformation supportive services with an area of 56ha. This centre is expected to be located next to the Da Nang Centralised Information Technology Park and the Da Nang Hi-tech Park.

All of the above-mentioned projects will totally use investment capital from investors with capital scale proposed by them.
