Interesting content creation on social media channels

Over recent years, many businesses and individuals have chosen social networks like Facebook and TikTok to promote their brands and images. This job requires the performer to always create content to attract more end-users/audience.

The dynamic work done by many young people

Having just graduated with a bachelor's degree in journalism from the Da Nang University of Education, Phung Duong Phuong Ngan decided to join a computer distribution company. Ngan's mission is to produce content related to computer lines in the media. Accordingly, Ngan must create content, be flexible in capturing trends and keywords with high search volume.

At the same time, Ngan needs to understand a number of tools to support the measurement, monitoring and evaluation of articles on the website. Ngan said that she used to study and practice in the field of content marketing and she has many years of experience in writing creative scripts for YouTube and TikTok channels, so Ngan feels her current job is quite interesting.

Not to mention, the members who work as content creators in the company are mostly the same age and very dynamic and active.

The sociable working environment helps Ngan learn a lot of experience from experienced senior in the marketing team.

According to Ngan, content creators have the opportunity to develop if they actively strive to learn something creative and access a favourable working environment. Thanks to this job, young people can learn more about online marketing and digital marketing

Unlike Ngan, Diep Tu The Vuong, an alumnus of the University of Education wants to create and develop his own channel. Vuong chose the social network TikTok to write about Da Nang food.

Vuong's first review video was made in December 2020. At that time, Vuong went to the restaurant, took his cell phone to make a food review video, and posted a clip on TikTok with more than 10,000 views. This set the motivation for Vuong to continue making the next ones.

After a temporary pause due to the impact of COVID-19 Vuong returned to writing culinary reviews and began to invest more in images and video content.

Vuong also called for 4 more friends to jointly develop a channel which video content and quality are carefully developed.

Accordingly, the team came up with ideas, created content, filmed according to the script and did related tasks.

After 3 months of promoting content creation, the follower of the TikTok channel ‘Uncle Vuong, where are you going’ has increased significantly from 9,000 to 43,000 viewers.

High requirements on creativity

Fully aware of the fact that social networks have a lot of channels to introduce and evaluate food, Vuong's team often discuss about what to do in a bid to meet the viewers’ taste and keep their habit of watching videos.

The scripts and image quality of the channel are carefully invested, helping viewers easily visualise the food. In addition, Vuong possesses a beautiful voice and a friendly smile, helping the channel to impress viewers.

“The job of creating content is very difficult, not everyone can do it. Currently, in Da Nang, there are many food reviewers, but not everyone is successful. Whether it's a personal channel or a business-owned one, if you want to "retain" viewers, the content must be good and the footage must be beautiful”, said Vuong.

Nguyen Thanh Nhan, 30, the marketing manager of a company that distributes computer product lines in Thac Gian Ward, Thanh Khe District, said that his company decided to promote content creation from the end of 2021.

Thanks to that, social networking sites, especially the company's YouTube and TikTok channels, have begun to receive more attention from customers.

In the future, the company will strongly develop social network channels and will take steps to approach customers by running ads and organising events. At the same time, focus will be on creating video content, bringing the company's brand closer to consumers.

Nhan shared, each member of the content creation team will be assigned in specific tasks such as script writing, editing, video making, writing comments and reviews, but all are related to one another. Therefore, content creators must have an open and sociable personality and attachment to the job.
