The apartment complex project on the eastern bank of the Han River, also known as The Muse Da Nang in Nai Hien Dong Ward, Son Tra District, has just been granted an investment certificate by the Da Nang People's Committee. However, the project has been found opening the sales of would-be apartments and calling for investment capital contribution from individuals and organisations.

The municipal Department of Construction determines that the project, which is being developed by the Ha Noi-headquartered Dong Do group, is not eligible for opening the sales of would-be apartments.

Up to now, the project is not eligible to raise capital through capital contribution, investment cooperation, joint venture or associations with individuals and organisations.

Also, the project has not been permitted to open sales or lease future houses in accordance with the national laws on housing and real estate business.

The illegal sale of would-be apartments, raising capital for the project at this time is going against the law and it should be handled by the local State management agency to ensure the sustainable development of the real estate market in the city.

Previously, the Department of Planning and Investment said that, on January 13, 2022, the municipal People's Committee granted an investment registration certificate to the Dong Do Group to develop the project.

The Muse Da Nang is located at Lot A2-1, Nai Hien Dong fishing village’s residential area in Son Tra District.

The project shall operate for 50 years from the date of issuance of the investment registration certificate.

The period of trial operation, acceptance tests and operation from August 2024 to October 2024.
